Tullio started his career in 1976 working at the publishing house Savelli, then at the daily newspaper Il Manifesto. He participated in the founding of the radio networkRadio Città Futura and the birth of the monthly magazine “Gente Viaggi”.From 1987 he created television programs for Canale 5, Italia 1 e Rete 4.This included Prima Pagina, the first morning TV news program on Canale 5.
From 1992 to 2000 he held positions as: editor in chief of Tg5, responsible for Studio Aperto ‘s Roman office and Vice Director of “Verissimo”.
